Anyone who has been in Israel for more than a 5 minute period has heard at least one Infected Mushroom song. Why? They're an Israeli home-grown band of course, and they're coming back to Israel on tour. While they're not showing in Tel Aviv itself, it's a big enough event that all of your friends from the center of the country are going to be traveling to Beit Shemesh on the 17th of December to get there... so there's no reason why you shouldn't be there too!

I am the former commander of the British forces in Afghanistan. I served with NATO and the United Nations; commanded troops in Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Macedonia; and participated in the Gulf War. I spent considerable time in Iraq since the 2003 invasion, and worked on international terrorism for the UK Governments Joint Intelligence Committee.

The process of making alliyah isn't exactly easy. We know that there is a ton of paperwork to do, and it gets very complicated. Some people have Israeli friends and family who make the process a lot easier since they speak hebrew, but anyone who just wants to come to Israel on their own usually has problems doing so without the assistance of a program such as Nefesh B'Nefesh.

For anyone reading this that doesn't know what "White Nights" means, it's a hebrew term used to describe a night that you don't go to sleep... you simply party with your friends until you have to do something else. For the rest of the world, it's a rare occurance, but here in Israel, it's a lot more common. Parties in which people don't care about the time, and just dance the night away are all over the place; like this "Alice in Wonderland" party hosted by IU30.
