An Israeli man hurled his sneakers at Israel's Supreme Court chief justice on Wednesday during a hearing on medical marijuana, hitting her between the eyes, breaking her glasses and knocking her off her chair.
Dear IsraelUnder30,
Well, another incredible adventure has ended this week, one that will last a life-time. One week ago I flew into Ben-Gurion airport and was greeted like all the other Israeli's returning home and seeing their families after a long trip. The exception was I didn't know you guys, but after this trip I wont be able to forget you. We had a so much fun back packing in the Ramata Golan, river rafting , four wheeling in the Negev and partying at night in Tel-Aviv but most of all connecting with the locals. The apartment that you set me up with was so comfortable . The convenience of being only two blocks from the beach and in the middle of Tel-Avive was especially appreciated when my extended family came to visit. I just wanted to say thanks to IU30 for making my Israel experience a trip of a life time.
P.S.
I cant wait to see how the pictures came out on IU30's Facebook!
Regards,
David Goldburg
